Unenrollment Form

Per policies signed off upon enrollment, your unenrollment form must be received by the 15th of your final month of class. If notice is received after the 15th of the month, your child will be unenrolled the following month. Please give our administration 24- 48 hours to send confirmation of your request, along with your final date/s of class. ALL students are automatically unenrolled at end of school year on June 23rd- no form is needed. Thank you.
